Agreed - it's a t-handled socket wrench. Clearly this guy has practiced his spinning technic for decades to achieve this level of spin.

The drawback of the t-handle is that you don't get the ratcheting action of a traditional wrench. I have a t-handle from a car repair project long ago, but rarely use it.
