I must agree, but "common sense and persistence comes to mind". Matthew PaulsenBrick laying and joint repairs will be increasing in demand as millions of buildings pass the 100 year mark, residential plumbing & general repair will be in increasing demand same for electrical work , roofing jobs & all the things AI can't do. ex: at 76 I did not feel safe working 25 feet up a shaky ladder to change a kitchen stove fan vent flat birds kept invading ! ($100 for 45 min.)
