I am picking my first ripe tomato in the morning, going to slice it and have it on English muffins with mayo and a little parm cheese.

naw, all my friends and neighbors loved them, spicy batch the best! W/ a few banana peppers, peppercorns, garlic chunks, red hot chili flakes, plenty of vinegar in them!

I started doing sweet and spicy pickles. Throw in whatever hot pepper I have in the garden with the pickles, a lot of sugar, and not much salt. A few other spices that seem to be more for ambiance. I modeled them after the kroger brand ones. Going to try to make a spicy pepper sandwich spread this year depending on what grows.

My latest batch 3 days ago, my newer HOT banana peppers, peppercorns , garlic, red chili pepper flakes, growing habanero's now too :)
