The throttle Linkage has about 1/4 to 3/8 play.

It might be hard to see it, but the plastic outer piece that I'm pushing and pulling allows the inner piece to slide in and out about 1/4 to 3/8.

Is this normal?
It makes quite a difference in idle speed.
