new house has an electric stove. So far, my pizza and my biscuits are turning out waaaay better.


chocolate chip cookies and brownies are next up.

I see that stuff growing in the woods here and there. I don’t have the stones to try eating it. With my luck it would be poisonous.

I was wrong I have the orange so it is chicken of the woods vs hen of the woods. I marinated them then smoked them then seared at the end. It had the texture of a chicken nugget it was good.
