I have my 23 ft cutty cabin on my trailer ( tandem 14" wheels). Can i safely tow a 25' cutty on this trailer . I dont see any load specs on trailer.

What are the specs of the trailer, GVWR weight capacity, length
What is the weight of the 25 footer and model

There are many variables here. Trailer weight capacity and boat weight. BTW boats always weigh more than the manufacturer specs. My little 20’ Four Winns weighs 4960 on the trailer! Finally took it to a scale a couple of weeks ago.
