weird issue with my account

so I cant log in on my other laptop or even my phone. I know my password. my email is correct. I got logged in on my work laptop (which I'm on right now and thankfully hasnt rebooted). I have sent a change password email to myself as of yesterday but it never showed up.

what do I do? my work (gov't) regularly reboots our laptops during the weekend for server/software updates and I know when I get rebooted...it will go away and log me out. I do not want to start a new account if at all possible.

I cant even use the "new password" in the password and security section as apparently I cant remember my correct one. UGH...all I want is to troubleshoot this stupid 15hp 1995 gamefisher engine. I know my email is correct thankfully...I looked...but for whatever reason I do NOT get the password reset notification and yes I checked my stupid spam folder.

just done! I really dont want to lose my account. I'm almost done with restoring my grandfathers boat. I want to upload video of the motor running to be honest and that is when I realized I couldnt remember the login info....lol

They will fix you up. I was absent here for more than ten years and they got me able to log in under my original user name.

yeah I think I'm doomed. lol. I got the email from the admin and even forwarded from my work account to my home account and then forwarded back to them as proof of account ownership. then tried logging from my phone and personal laptop again. no dice. I have no clue how to fix this.

Seems this one’s going to take some extra time and effort but I’m sure things will work themselves out…check your email again.

I cant believe it! I figured my old password out finally. only took having to wait like 16 times between getting locked out on my phone before I typed it in right. ugh. of course it was one of my super old ones. makes sense. either way, thanks!

And now that I'm on my phone let me upload the video lol

perfect! yay! now I can cut/paste into the force/chrysler section with my question. god bless....
