Thanks. As it turns out it is a 1970 model year based on the serial number. The hull does have a hin but it was placed by the state in 2019 And has no relation to the actual model or year. Somehow the boat got registered as a 1982 StarCraft without regard to the model never being built after 1971. The catalog got me in the right direction.
HIN’s were required in 1972 and later.didn't notice you were new - welcome to the forum.
start at 71 and move up from there.. If it was 82 or newer it would have a HIN on the transom. Link below pic.
