Replacing the flywheel and coupler after installing a new rear main seal.
What I removed were flange nuts w/o washers and have 16-98532a 1 as replacements.
Issue is the washer does not fit. It does not clear and sit flat as it interferes with the inside area on the coupler. I do not know if the couple is OEM but is in good shape so not real need to replace it.
Somewhere online said I should use ARP's 300-8395 7/16-20 12 point nuts.
Issue is these nuts are not flanged and without washers its not much surface area.
What do y'all think?
