How many drain plugs are on a 2004 Mercruiser 4.3L 190hp raw water cooled engine? Alpha 1 Drive. Found the one on the front next to water pump and one on each side under the manifolds. Are there 2 more further towards the bottom of the engine?

How much damage would running the engine for 5 minutes without the muffs do? How long would it take to damage anything? What would you damage? And how would you know you damaged something?
I have a friend who tells me he did this for about 5 or so minutes to warm the engine for an oil...
