    Anyone know where I can get some PVC fabric

    My 1991, otherwise good 10' boat, has separated a little at the transom and bow so my feet are getting a bit wet. I am in the processes of reglueing but I'd like to put a new layer of fabric, perhaps 4" wide, inside and out. I just can't find a supplier of black PVC. Anyone know of one...

    The 81 4HP water test result... and a question

    Well, as promised took it out today on a friends boat and up and down the river, running for a cumulative 2 hours in 3 stretches. Seemed to work very well and started right up (without choke being needed - well, it was a warm and pleasant day here in the San Francisco Bay area). All went well...

    Tilt mechanism question on my 81 4HP...

    Well, I closed out the getting it working thread - many thanks to all - but I do have another question about how the tilt mechanism is supposed to work. There appears to be no mechanism to lock the tilt except tightening the hinge so it will hold the tilt but not too tight as it needs to tilt...
