    It will not go in all the way. The alignment bar got in there with the teeth marks.. I actually had to sand the top of the shaft cause of how big the metal was getting on the shaft. What could it be hitting ?

    Hello all! I’m having an issue getting my out drive back in.. the gimbal bearing was replaced and put back in correctly. The alignment tool also checked out fine. When putting the out drive back in it seems to make a metal Mark on the shaft. Any thoughts ?
