my evinrude motor dies out after 2,000 rpm's. I can run it all day at 2,000rpm's. i have put fresh gas, checked the primer bulb, checked the fuel pump, and cleaned the carb. carb was just rebuilt last season, ran fine then. i did all according to the manuals instructions. compression is good...
