    prop for 1993 Johnson 60HP outboard

    I can't figure out how to read the numbers on my prop. On one side it has H4583 stamped in and on the other side it has H5333 stamped. In a third location it has the letter "R" stamped.     Tachometer

    I noticed that the needle on my tach doesn't drop below 2K even when the engine is off. At a moderate speed, maybe half power it goes up to 4K. I know the motor isn't turning that fast. Is it a matter of changing out the tach itself? This is on a 21' Suntracker party barge with a 60 hp Johnson.
