Ihave a 1964 40 hp Johnson super seahorse that wont run. I have cleaned the carb properly, have spark, fuel pump is working and there is fuel in float bowl of carb, low speed mixture screw is 1.5 turns out. The engine will run on spray gas but does not seem to be drawing fuel through the carb...
