Need help with a OMC Stern Drive that will no tilt up. (m/n: 983486, 120hp, 2.5L, 4 cyl) Both solenoids were replaced and both work. When I hit the motor the drive will work intermittantly. I assume the motor brushes or contact internal to the motor is the problem. Can this motor be serviced...
