    Horn

    Horn never goes off. As soon as key is turned on the horn blows. It is a 1990 40HP Evinrude. It cannot be overheated as the motor has not even been started. The motor runs fine but the horn will not turn off.<br />If it is the horn, is that a difficult thing to change? Could it be something...

    Horn sounds constantly

    I have a 1989 40HP Evinrude outboard. As soon as I put key in ignition I get a stady tone. I know it can't be overheating as the engine is not running. Further, when I run the engine the tone does not shut off. I pump the bulb to get it hard but it does not maintain it's firmness yet the engine...
