    Hello, I was planed out at half throttle when the engine revved out really high making a grinding noise. I shut it down and made visual inspection; saw nothing wrong. Fired it up and engine runs great but... If I get it over 1200 RPM's there is a terrible grinding noise and the prop stops...

    Intermittent no spark

    Howdy! I just bought a Jon Boat with a 1978 35HP Evinrude (35852R). It ran fine for me when I bought it but when I hauled it out to the lake for the first time, got her in the water and she would crank but not start. I'm getting plenty of fuel but no spark. Using one of those in-line spark...
