    tiller knob

    Ok, I'm a boat newb. Anyway I have an Evinrude 6 for my inflatable. The engine has a knob at the end of the tiller handle, and I can't figure out what it does? Any one know what it does? Also looking for an online operators manual. Thanks Bill
