    Guys, I just bought a 1987 Mariner tower 90hp. I have been told that this is the same engine as the larger hp outboards, but it is "choked down". Any truth to this? Is there many parts that are interchangable between this engine and the larger ones? Could it be made into a 115 or larger it...
