My motor starts and runs well in neutral, reverse seems fine, but when I engage forward gear i can not achieve full speed, runs at about 1/4 to 1/3 normal. If i crank it full over no acceleration past low speed, and tends to stall out after a while - will run if I keep the throttle turned back...
