I have an 06 etec 75 hp. It has a hesitation or miss from 1200 - 1800 rpm. It is continuous anytime in this rpm range. Elswhere it runs fine. The only other odd thing is when you put it back in nuetral the engine will actually rev up 300-4oo rpm then settle down. My dealer says it is because...
