    FORCE 1996 120 hp lower unit installation help

    ok i have a 1996 120 hp force i just replaced the impeller and i can't get the lower unit to go all the way up, it stops about 1" short, i tried to move the shift lever on the boat, it went on then but i had only forward and no reverse, i know there is a trick to this but i forgot how to do it...

    hi everyone, i have tried to put a seal kit in my 1996, 120 force lower unit, but i'm still getting water in, just a little bit, i've seen the picture of the where the seals go, but i have two different seals that go under the impeller one is a cup style seal like a axle seal the other is not...

    1996 Force 120 water pressure question

    hi i have just put my 1st impeller in and my pressure out of the pee hole is weak, lots of water out of the hole by the shift rod, and out of the hole 4-5" above the prop, that i did not know was there before the impeller change, and out of the exhaust, i'm not sure if i did something wrong any...

    1996 force 120 lower unit help

    hi i have a 1996 120 hp force, and need to find out which seal go'es where. i have 3 seal's the same size, 1 has a gray color inside, the othe two are black. i put these in wrong at 1st, need to buy the prop shaft seal's again, anyone no what part number's for these or the size. thanks john..
