My 1994 88hp spl seems to have a trim problem. The tilt seems to be okay. At home the trim is working but in the water when throttled up motor goes all the way down and i cant trim it. When i stop the trim will lift engine. I removed filled screw on the starboard side and clean fluid pours out...
