Sorry, I have searched all over. I even have a Mercury outboard tune and repair manual but I haven't been able to find a definitive answer on this. Just bought the boat, it was sitting for 7 years and it started right up with a 25:1 mix (couldn't be much richer than this) and seems to idle fine...
