    Omc with 2114 intake manifold

    I ran into a problem with putting the 2114 Edelbrock intake on, after installing the thermostat housing, the back of the alternator is rubbing the cooling hose to the exhaust manifold. What could I do to fix this?? Any help would be appreciated thanks!

    Intake and Carb question

    I have a 91 omc 4.3 I'm am thinking about putting the 96+ vortec heads on with edelbrock 2114 Manifold which is for a 4bbl carb but I don't have the budget right now to buy a new carb, so would I be able to reuse my 2bbl carb on the manifold with an adapter?
