    I have an 1986 mercury 2.4 liter that has a slight problem holding top end and told it could be my EMM. What the heck is that? If it is real, where is it on the motor?<br />Signed Confused :eek:

    Power Loss

    I just picked up a tunnell hull with a 1986 mercury 2.4 litre. The temp gauge does not work but a pee stream comes out nicely. After running hard for a few runs at normal rpm's, the boat starts losing power at top end but won't completely die. After sitting and ideling for a while it seems...
