Does anyone know how to check to see if this is a working motor? I am hesitant to hook it up because the rubber around the power cord is cracking. Any information on this motor would be greatly appreciated.
I just came across a few very old and complete boat motors including a 1916 Evinrude Jet. I know nothing about them and was wondering what a good source of information might be. Any info would be helpful. Thanks.
