    McCulloch prop fix possible?

    I have a 1964 sears 7.5 made by McCulloch. My problem is. The sleeve that is in the center of the prop, which is encased in rubber is spinning at high speed. Is there any possible way to fix this ? or am I going to have to find a new prop? Thanks
