I own 1987 40 hp motor which I purchased in 2004. It worked for that summer and when I tried in 05 the trim motor was or is shot. Tried raising it and it started smoking so I am assuming my trim/tilt motor is fried.. I know there are a few trim/tilt motors on the iboats website. Just wondering...
