    adding a center console to a 12ft starcraft

    Any ideas about how to go about this. the starcraft is 1966 12.ft v bottom Would like to add a console up towards the front. Thinking of using aluminium to cut down on weight. any help or suggestions would be helpful

    Corner Cap's

    I have a 1963 StarCraft 11.5ft. I've been looking for replacements for the corner caps, with no luck. I have the pieces for each side but not sure getting them welded will work. Are they need for structure or just looks? Is there another way of diy something that will work at this corner? thanks

    Using Treated Plywood In Aluminum Boat

    I have some left over 3/4 treated plywood and was wondering if I coat it with varnish both sides or even paint it, what do you think it will be ok? Ill be using it for flooring on my 12 ft Alum V-bottom. thanks
