    No Power from 'Rude 15.

    I have an Evinrude 15hp Worktwin. It starts great and run OK. The problem is when I put it to fast it does not rev. up to high speed. I also have an 7.5hp evinrude and it seams to twice the power. What can I do to fix the problem.
