    Alright I figured it out. For some reason I basically had to force the armature plate back and forth more and more back and forth and eventually it freed up enough I could use the linkage to move it. Not sure why it was like that because I have had it all apart and all greased up.

    I did but I set them using the T Mike method from YouTube and I have ran the engine and I don’t hear them hitting or anything.

    That’s what I’m trying to do here but as you can see in my video on the first post it won’t even turn back far enough to see if it’s lined up correctly. You’ll see a few posts back I linked the video to the guide I’m trying to follow. And mine doesn’t move either way as far as his does.

    Mine doesn’t have a knob on the side of the handle like that. I think it’s one year off from having that style handle. I have an idle adjustment butterfly screw with a linkage under the engine cover and it’s basically maxed out just to touch the cam. I did check the lever and pin and I can still...

    Thanks but I do have that I just have all of that removed to show that it’s not in the throttle linkage that’s keeping it from turning as much as it should.
