Need help with tilt unit.Has new tilt motor (omc not aftermarket)new hammerblow,new clutch pack shaft bushing and seals,new solenoid,new quadgear.Goes up and down like a bullet but if you slam outdrive all the way down hard and fast it locks up.I have to loosen 3 quadgear bolts to raise unit...
