    I took my heads of and removed valve springs to do the seals and a head gasket. I have reinstalled them and it won't start or stay running. Something doesn't sound right either. I removed intake again and there are 3 push rods really loose. Is it possible my lifters may have moved or what else...

    I have pulled my heads and installed new gaskets and seals. Nothing else changed. Now after install it won't stay running and doesn't sound good...any suggestions

    Allright yet another issue...one of my heads the valve seals were all big. On the other head there was 1 big 1 small...does it matter is the question or can I leave it all with the big ones that I got

    I'm curious about the raw water inlet at transom on inside of boat. I tried running some wire through it and didn't seem to wanna go. There are 2 bolts holding a flange on. Does that brass inlet pipe come off?

    Do I really need to have raw water and closed cooling. Is there any benefit or can I get rid of the closed cooling and run raw water only

    I just took the raw water hose off of hx and ran vinegar through it and it drained really slow back out of the system..can't imagine that's normal

    They get pretty warm ya...there's just the 2 man hoses and one smaller going to pump...
