Hello from Denmark !<br /><br />I have this old Evinrude 115 hk 1978;J0001090; 115899C which will not tilt down. The pump motor is running ok and it will tilt the whole thing up. When up, it cannot be pushed down, it just stays there.<br />It has been in the up positon all winter and worked ok...
