    To gel the sides would take a bit more work than recarpeting, unless you are also replacing the floor. EVA will highlight any uneven spots in the floor, so get it as smooth as you can first.

    Nason Fulthane single stage paint. First pic is sanded and ready to spray, next two are qith three coats. Not a lot of light on it so it doesn't show very well on the camera.

    Sprayed the waverunner this morning. Also brought in a big Harris pontoon. The owner just bought it and drove down a freshly chip and sealed road. Left some rock chips on the front.

    Interesting. It makes sense that a thinner piece would be able to flex mor before breaking. I wish he did a test trying to pull the screw through too. That concerns me more than the flexing strength.

    I don't know, I didn't order it. 3/4 I think would actually be weaker because it's a higher ration of coosa to glass. If you want stronger, I would suggest getting thinner and laminating multiple layers together with glass to get your desired thickness. It is very light, but not exactly budget...

    My opinion is coosa is crap. It won't rot, but it's super weak. Before glass, you can snap it with your hands easily. You need to glass both sides, and the glass is pretty much all the strength. Some might say that the resin will penetrate and make it strong, but I've done that and it really...

    I never understood why they didn't put a better screen over the intake. It's just two bars that you can fit your hand through.
