    I'll check compression like you said. Runs and cranks perfectly but easy to check and I'll replace the poppet assembly and seat. Then see what happens. Thank you all for the quick response and information. Soon as I get done I'll post results.

    Water pressure is low at idle maybe 5 to 10psi...at speeds it raises to 20-25...no numbers on my temp gauge just a reference. Temp gauge on one head alarm on the other they both showed I was getting hot
