    Yeah I was poking around a bit in there, but didn’t want to go full on tearing it apart without knowing a little more about what I’m dealing with. I have Seloc manual, but not enough detail about the Selectric system in there for me to accurately diagnose wiring issues.

    Cover was off the controls to see what was happening when it shut off. In the process of replacing all the boat wiring, so wires from the outboard and control box are wired directly to the battery for testing.
