    In regards to PL I asked the the same question and Scott D. said it takes a couple of weeks to "gas off" and if I'm not mistaken should not be sealed up till then.

    One thing I wanted to mention is that I extremely admire alot of your fiberglass work, I am certainly missing something when doing it but I know she is battleship solid. If I ever do this again I certainly will need to practice beforehand.

    My daughter is getting married on the local lake which I'm hoping to get her splashed by then, even just to test run things but alot to do before then. The weather up till now has been so uncooperative which you all with garages that fit your boat are soo lucky! 😊

    I think you could use 1/2" but I used 1/4" and it worked great, from the reading I've done it seems most people use 1/4". As far as milled fibers I used 1/32" to make my hull and deck putty but as far as transom install with it I'll let someone with more experience answer that part 😊
