Re: Anything wrong with Insert Image button functionality on the thread editor? Doesn't work for me. It never has. I scroll down just below the reply box, and select the "Go Advanced" button on the right. Then scroll down to the "Manage Attachments" button in the center of the page, about...

    Today was WONDERFUL !!

Sure I put in a 12 hour day with several schedule changes, and we got 5 or 6 inches of snow, but . . . . . . . . .it was 55*F warmer than 36 hours ago. 60* warmer than 3 days ago. It was still below freezing, but did it feel nice outside.

WHY | Official website Anyone ever heard of WHY yachts? Click on the "this is why" heading to get a video tour. Pretty awesome at 58m with a 38m beam. Love the wrap-around pool on the bow. Just dreaming as I sit here with -#'s on the thermometer. I think I would plant a few trees on...

    Christmas Dinner.

I was out in the garage this afternoon, just straightening up, checking the battery tenders, filling the washer fluid in the truck. Came out of the garage just in time to see a sharp-shinned hawk dive from the tree toward my house. It actually hit the window, recovered, and then attempted to...

    Grease from back hubs?

Re: Grease from back hubs? Similar idea, but different design on the SURE_Lube hub. Zerk is on the end of the spindle, grease travels thru the spindle to the rear bearing, then pushes old grease thru the front bearing and out the front.

Re: Anybody Know 4 Wheelers? Honda and Polaris are tops, have had both. 500 Honda, 600 Polaris Now I have a 400 Cat ONE CYLINDER. !!!! I consider the cat to be a mid-weight machine. I would have kept the Polaris, but needed cash for medical expenses, so I down-sized. I plow plenty with the...

    swing away extentions

Re: swing away extentions I've added the Fulton 34" extension to 2 of my trailers. Puts the boat in a little deeper at the launch. Allows me to open the tailgate on the tow vehicle. Keeps the boat from looking like it is coming in the back window. :)

Bears Packers, Monday Nite, should I go ??

Re: Bears Packers, Monday Nite, should I go ?? Ok, I'm home. The last 30 miles were bad, dense fog, 30-40" visibility. 20 mph. Several co-workers were also at the game, one of them hit 2 cows on the way home, totaled his truck. Don't know how they got out onto the road, but cows do strange...

Bears Packers, Monday Nite, should I go ??

Hmmm, got a chance at a single ticket, 34 yard line, 38 rows up, $100. (face value) Would pretty much be going alone, as I do not know the other 3 that are going. Should I go, or sit home and watch it from the Lazyboy?

'73 Merc 9.8/110 revving issue. PHASE MAKER Ignition

I've got a a nearly mint 9.8 with the "maker" type ignition. Been using it for 2 years as a kicker/troller. Same issue since I picked it up. In reverse, I get good rpm and seems to be reaching max rev's. But in forward, 98% of the time, I only get about 2000 rpm out of it before it bogs and...

    1971 starcraft holiday I/O

Re: 1971 starcraft holiday I/O Capacity is 8 people at 150#, or 1700 pounds. Which makes no sense because there is only seating for 6. Not sure on floor width, maybe 66" ? Narrow compared to todays boats.

Re: Looking for photos- MR 180 (Mariner) early 80's inside transom area Here is the stern area, with the side panels and 2 corner pieces set under the splash well. As you can see, the splashwell is very different from the trapazoid shaped wells of the 70's Also note the upper corners of the...
