    Took the screws out and opened up a gap between the hull and the transom . I hope I have enough aerosil ... Bag O screws .... All sealed up and re-screwed together ... Me thinks this should help keep the water in the lake where it belongs ..

    ... Got the metal strips off but broke most of the screws holding it on ... All of them are through bolted into the stringer ribs .. Gunna be tough to get out .. Any reason I couldn't just cut them off and re-drill new hole a few inches over ? Happy New Year guys !!!
