    85 to 90 percent dirty carb IMHO. Be careful with the starting fluid in a two stroke...there's no lube in the fuel.

    Interesting, typically a visual inspection is enough but just pump the primer ball while running and see if it clears up.

    Yes, and this smoke doesn't make you happy like smoke from that "green stuff". Just pull the red plug and jump it again. This should tell which general area is the problem. Make sure you have devised away to turn it off.
