    Yep, checked that and realized not a possible issue. I’m at a loss. I have a feeling it’s the cdi switch. Am I off? I checked the connections to the stator and trigger and they register fine.

    Hi all, I inherited a 1989 merc 25 HP. There was no spark when pulling or electric starting. I realized the throttle kill switch was compressed so I bypassed the kill switch on the CDI switch box and bingo I had spark. I then removed the throttle handle and cleaned the throttle kill. Now...
