    Is it a good idea to use hardybacker for a floor in a boat???????

    i was thinking of laying down hardyback for a new floor on top of the current floor i have now. it was free because of work. i want to use resin and hardner to toughen it up then paint over it. I have a 1972 16ft fabuglas. Any tips are very appreciated.
