I have a 1999 Volvo GS 5.7L. On saturday it ran fine and parked it on lift. On sunday it will not crank over more than maybe a quarter turn. The battery was a 2002 model so I replaced the battery with a new one. 650 cranking amps. still will not turn over. pulled the starter off and engaged it...
