    Gas spits out when refueling and engine won't idle

    I have a bass tracker pro team 185 with a merc 75 outboard. I've had the engine serviced and it starts and runs great but it won't idle and when I try to refuel the gas just spits out unless I go really slow with the refueling like the tank is not venting properly so it just keeps burping up...
