    2005 115hp Mercury 4 stroke

    I need to repower and I have a opportunity to purchase a brand new 2005 115hp Merc 4 stroke, my first choice would be a Yamaha but the Merc is a good price. I have heard the Merc is made by Yamaha, is this true? Is there any known issues with a Merc, are they crappy? Thanks! :)

    Honda 130hp shaft length?

    Can a 2004 Honda Four stroke with a 20" leg be converted to a 25"? I have seen this before with the older models using a 5" adapter but I'm not sure about the newer ones. Any idea on cost?:confused: Many thanks, Thomas
