    The only number I can locate on my Johnson 15 is the Welch Plug G4405525 What year Model would that be?

    Johnson 15 no spark

    I have a Johnson 15, no spark. I have ohmed out the kill switch. Pulled the flywheel. Checked for obvious problems, but don't know how to test the mag and coils. I can't find the model/ser # in any obvious place to determine which year, but it doesn't have points under the flywheel.
