    fuse keeps blowing

    I have a 1975 johnson 85hp that keeps blowing a fuse in the engine everytime I turn the key from the eltrical on postion, to the actual cranking postion. It dose not blow when I just click the choke. all the other electric works on the boat. What could be wrong?????
